How to Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment

Client changed their mind? House not yet ready? Duplicate Order and you need to reschedule or cancel completely - here's how

At this time, there are two ways an order can be rescheduled or cancelled

The first option would be from the client's end and the second option would be done by the admin

How can the appointment be cancelled or rescheduled by an admin?

Go to the order and click on confirmation

This would redirect you to this page - and clients will also see the same page when they access the Live Tracking link that they receive

Note: Once an order is past the date and time on the schedule, it can no longer be cancelled or rescheduled via the tracking link

However, for rescheduling, it can still be done through the reschedule button:

Reminders:

Always take note of the order status.

The following order status can no longer be rescheduled/cancelled:

  • Photographer Arrived

  • Photographer Completed

  • Delivery Page Created

  • Delivery Page Sent

Should you need to schedule a new appointment, you can create an additional appointment instead
