Virtual Staging - Setup and Configure

Virtual Staging typically is ordered by the photo, we have found over the years that agents don't always know how many photos they want at time of the order. They need to see the finished images to know how many image they would like virtually staged. We suggest you create a Virtual Staging Service . Inside this service you can detail your actual pricing in the description section but set the price to be flat rate $0.00.

Example of Virtual Staging Service Setup:

Now when you clients place and order they will select Virtual Staging, we will now create a task to help you manage the process after the shoot.

Virtual Staging Task Creation

  1. Create a New Email Template

    1. Find Your Delivery Email (Media Ready - Client Delivery Email)

    2. Edit the template

    3. Inside the template click the "Add Custom Template" button

    4. Here is the example of the template we send to our clients

      1. This is the email that we send our clients after they have received their photos. At this point agents are able to visually look at the images and better let you know the quantity of images for Virtual Staging

  2. Task Creation to Send the email above!

    1. Open the Task Builder

    2. Create with these options

      1. Finally assign it to the user who should send this email in the task

  3. Create New Email Template

    1. Now we need an email to send your client when the virtually staged images are complete

    2. Find Your Delivery Email (Media Ready - Client Delivery Email)

    3. Edit the template

    4. Inside the template click the "Add Custom Template" button

    5. Here is the example of the template we send to our clients when virtually staging is complete

    6. This is the email you will send AFTER you have loaded the virtually staged images to the Gallery

  4. Create Task to Send Final Virtually Staged Images

    1. Open the Task Builder

    2. Create with these options

    3. Assign the task to the Correct User

  5. Add the Virtually Staging Tasks to your Service

    1. Go to your Services

    2. Edit your Virtual Staging Service

    3. Add these Tasks

Workflow After the Shoot

  1. Once the shoot is complete the tasks will get automatically created on the Listing.

  2. After you complete the initial delivery of Photos, complete and send the email asking your clients what images they want staged

  3. Once you hear a response (an email reply) send those images to your editor to have staged

  4. Load the finished media to the Gallery

  5. Complete the task and send the email sending your clients the Virtually Staged images
