You agents can login to their portal to enable delivery text message notifications, and you can also do this for them in the admin panel
1. Click on Clients…
2. Click on Agents
3. Find the Agent and Edit (pencil icon) their record
4. Click on Edit
5. Scroll to find: "SMS Delivery Notification Preference" - Make a selection:
Never - the system will not send a text message on Delivery
First Time a delivery email is sent for a listing - the system will send 1 text message the first time you click delivery on the listing
Every time a delivery email is sent for a listing - if you have a multi stage delivery process the system will send a text message every time you deliver a service on a listing
