Tasks and Workflows can completely streamline your REP business. If you would like some inspiration on how we have configured our Tasks and Workflows please see below!!

Pro Tips:

  1. We are consistent in keeping our standard delivery sequence #3. All services that deliver with standard delivery have delivery to be #3. Sequence numbers are important in determining which task(s) will be active next.

  2. Place Holder - when you assign your Task building blocks onto your Services you must have a sequence #1. There are time when you do not want a sequence #1, in this case we have created a placeholder task that does nothing....however it allows us to assign a task #1 so we can then assign tasks with a higher sequence number than 1.

Photography Service

Task 1 - At our REP company we outsource our photo editing "Edit & Upload HDR Photos" is the task for the photo editor.

Task 2 - QC Photos: We have a quality team that looks over the editing this task is assigned to our quality team

Task 3 - Deliver Photos and or Video: We deliver Photos and Video at the same time (when they are ordered together). In the setup of this task we have categorized this task to be a "job" task meaning it will not be duplicated as delivery happens only 1 time.
