How to Create a Team

It’s common for agents to work as part of a team within a real estate company. In Spiro, teams are created within a Company record, and agents can then be assigned to that team for easier management.

Access the Company Record

  1. From your dashboard, go to Clients → Companies.

  1. Locate the company you want to add a team to.

  2. Click Manage on that company.


Create a New Team

  1. Inside the company record, scroll to the Teams section.

  2. Click Create New Team.

  1. You will be redirected to the Teams page.


Add Agents to the Team

  1. Enter a Team Name.

  2. Agents who are not currently assigned to a team will appear below.

  3. Click the plus (+) icon to add agents to the team.

  4. Click Save Changes.


Manage Team Members

You can update a team at any time.

  • To add or remove agents, click Edit next to the team name.

  • Changes are saved immediately once confirmed.

Now you will have a Team with the agents added
