Here's the workflow we use to deliver videos to clients:
1. Create 2 Dropbox folders, one for unedited video clips and one for final videos - photographer uploads their clips into the unedited video clips folder
2. Use the Merge Fleet feature (more info here) to create a real estate video from these clips
3. Place the final video into the Dropbox folder for final videos
4. Spiro recognizes there is a video in the Dropbox folder and automatically uploads it to Vimeo
5. Spiro sets the thumbnail of the video to be the first image
6. The share link is automatically linked back in Spiro from Vimeo
7. Our QC team watches the video inside of Spiro and then sends the link to the client
