Overview
When a client enters an address in an area with a trip fee, Spiro shows a pop-up:
“Please note that this location has a $X trip fee associated with it.” You can turn this pop-up off. The trip fee still shows as its own Trip Fee line on the order summary before checkout.
How to hide the trip fee pop-up
Go to Settings → Service Areas.
Click Settings at the top right.
Turn on Hide Initial Trip Fee Popup.
Click Save Changes.
Notes
This setting applies to all of your service areas.
On Photographer Based accounts, the pop-up is always hidden and the toggle can’t be changed.
