When No Availability is Found (Automatic Scheduling) - Switch to Manual Scheduling

When using Automatic Scheduling there is a potential based on your settings that the system cannot find availability and your client cannot complete the order. When you have the fallback to Manual Scheduling enabled your client will always be able to place an order.

With the Setting "Switch to Manual if no Availability" enabled Spiro will fallback to manual scheduling so the order can be placed.

With this Feature Enabled this is the Flow:

  1. On the Order Page the system finds no availability

  2. Spiro switches to Manual Scheduling, asking the client for their 2 date preferences for the appointment

  3. Order Successfully Submitted

    1. When this happens a different email is sent to the client

    2. Find this template here - look for Order Submitted (via Manual Fallback Scheduling)

  4. Admin assigns date and time and send to client

    1. Optionally the client can confirm that the date/time is acceptable

  5. Appointment Scheduled and complete
