How to Whitelist Spiro Emails

Definition
Whitelisting an email address means adding it to your safe senders list. This ensures messages from Spiro (like order confirmations, invoices, and notifications) don’t end up in your spam or junk folder.

Purpose
Some email providers automatically filter unfamiliar addresses. Whitelisting makes sure important messages from Spiro reach your inbox without delay.

Steps by Email Provider

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and go to the Settings gearSee all settings.

  2. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

  3. Choose Create a new filter.

  4. In the From field, type: @spiro.media.

  5. Click Create filter → check Never send it to SpamCreate filter.

Outlook / Microsoft 365

  1. Open Outlook and click the Settings gear.

  2. Select View all Outlook settings.

  3. Go to Mail → Junk email.

  4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

  5. Enter: @spiro.media and save.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and click the Settings gearMore settings.

  2. Go to FiltersAdd new filters.

  3. Under From, enter: @spiro.media.

  4. Choose Inbox as the folder → Save.

Apple Mail (iCloud)

  1. Log into iCloud Mail.

  2. Click the Settings gearRules.

  3. Add a rule: If a message is from @spiro.media, move it to Inbox.

  4. Save.

Other Providers

If your email provider isn’t listed here, look in your account settings for Filters, Rules, or Safe Senders list, and add @spiro.media there.
