This update introduces major enhancements to client management with the new Agents Grid, the beginning of CRM functionality, and a redesigned Agent Login Page. Additionally, Tipping is now available for Titus users!

πŸ“Š 1. The New Agents Grid & CRM

The Agents Grid has been completely rebuilt to provide better data visibility and true CRM capabilities.

Key Features

  • 🎨 Personalized Layouts: You can now drag-and-drop columns, pin important fields to the left, and hide columns you don’t need.

    • Note: Your layout changes are saved to your user profile only and will not affect other team members.

  • ⚑ Advanced Filtering: Create specific lists using AND/OR logic (e.g., "Agents in [City]" AND "Revenue > $5k").

    • Filters can be saved as πŸ”’ Private (for your use only) or πŸ‘₯ Public (shared with the team).

  • πŸ“ˆ New Data Columns: We added dozens of new tracking columns, including Revenue (All Time/YTD), Average Order Value, and Shoot Counts.

The CRM Details Card

A new CRM profile is now available for every agent. This card allows you to track:

  • πŸ’Ž Agent Value: Assign a value to prioritize VIP clients.

  • πŸ“ Lead Source: Track where the agent originated.

  • πŸ“… Relationship Management: Log "Last Contact" and "Next Contact" dates.

  • πŸŽ‚ Personal Information: Store birthdays, home addresses, and social media links.

🎨 2. Redesigned Agent Login Page

The agent login experience has been updated with a modern look and new customization options to help market your brand.

New Customization Options

  • πŸ”‘ Password Support: Agents can now choose to set a standard Password for logging in, alongside the existing PIN code method.

  • ⭐ Google Reviews Integration: Display your Google Reviews directly on the login page over your custom image. You can filter these to show only high-rated reviews (e.g., 5 stars only).

  • 🏷️ "See Pricing" Button: You can enable a public pricing button that allows prospective clients to skip the login screen and view your bundle pricing immediately.

πŸ’Έ 3. Tipping (Titus Exclusive)

Tipping is now available for accounts using Titus (Pay Now & Pay at Close).

  • How it works: Agents will see an option to add a tip during the checkout process.

  • βš™οΈ Configuration: You can set default tip suggestions as either a specific Dollar Amount or a Percentage.

  • πŸ“Š Reporting: New reports are available to help track tips and distribute them to your team.

πŸ” Multi-Account Search

A new search bar has been added to the account switcher. This is designed for editors or Virtual Assistants who manage multiple Spiro accounts, allowing them to type and instantly switch between companies.

🌎 New Language Support

We have added support for Czech πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Ώ.

  • Full list of supported languages: English, Danish, German, Dutch, Spanish, French, and Czech.
