Your Service Areas define where clients can book jobs. By default, orders cannot be placed outside these areas. However, admins can override this restriction and place an order outside of the defined service area when needed.

Note: If this is a new client, you must first add the client to Spiro before placing the order.

Go to Clients → Agents → Create New.

After creating the agent, you can log in as that agent and place the order with an admin override.

Place an Order Outside Your Service Area

  1. Begin placing an order as you normally would.
(See How to Place an Order for an Agent if needed.)

  2. Enter the property address.
If the address is outside your service area, a message will appear.

  3. Click Allow This Address (Admin Override).

  4. Select the Service Area you want to use for this order.

  5. (Optional) Enter any applicable Trip Fees:

    • Agent Trip Fee

    • Company Trip Fee

  6. (Optional) Click View on Map to review the route from the service area to the address.

  7. Click Continue, then complete the order as usual.

Important Notes

  • Orders placed using an admin override cannot be rescheduled by the agent.

  • If changes are needed, the agent must contact your office and an admin will need to modify the appointment.
