Why is my Time Off Showing as Available?

Here's the scenario, you create a time off and have that time frame blocked on your Google calendar but it is not syncing back to Spiro. Appointments are still being booked even when time off event is in place?

Here's what you might be missing:

Be sure you have time off marked on the correct Google Calendar. When you integrate your Google account, we add a NEW calendar on your account. ALL time off must be marked (or shared) with this calendar.
