Once you are ready to upload your videos to your Delivery Page, here are a few things you would need to know:

Only links from youtube or vimeo are supported

If you upload videos from Vimeo that is set to downloadable then the agents will be able to download

Tip: In Order, for us to be able to generate a download link to that Vimeo file you just need to add your Vimeo account and settings then Integrations, and click Vimeo. Once you've integrated all will be well and your clients will be able to download it with no problem

Here's how your videos should appear on the download page once you have integrated your Vimeo account and have the correct settings to it

The first thing you would need to check is if you’re uploading YouTube shorts. If so, here’s a step-by-step on how you can upload that without making any changes to your video or re-uploading it again

What you'd need to do first is take the link to the video i.e this link: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/72QSseARwmE

You will need to replace the /shorts/ to watch making it into the YouTube address bar to make it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72QSseARwmE

Once you have changed the code feel free to upload it to the video section and it will show up

Note: You have to change the link in the address bar and press enter for this to work if you are uploading shorts, if not then it will show an error message when uploading like so:
