How to set your company website link

Set the Website (URL) that your emails’ Visit Us button and your logo link to, and fix a Visit Us button that doesn’t work.

The Website (URL) in your company settings is where clients go when they click Visit Us in your emails or click your logo in Spiro. Most companies use their main business website, but you can use any link, such as your Spiro order page.

What the website link controls

  • Visit Us button at the bottom of your emails, including the welcome email new clients receive, order confirmations, delivery emails and invoices.

  • Your logo on your order page, login page and download page.

  • “Media Created by [your company]” link at the bottom of your property websites.

How to set your website link

  1. Go to Settings → My Company.

  2. Under Contact, find Website (URL).

  3. Enter your full web address, starting with https:// (for example, https://yourcompany.com).

  4. Click Save Changes.

Spiro doesn’t check the link when you save it. Click Visit Us in a test email, or click your logo on your order page, to make sure it opens the right page.

Troubleshooting the Visit Us button

The button does nothing, or the page won’t open. Check your Website (URL):

  • It’s blank. The button still shows in your emails but doesn’t go anywhere. Add your website.

  • It’s missing https://. Spiro adds http:// if you leave it off, which some websites don’t support. Enter the full address with https://.

  • It has a typo, a space, or the start is entered twice (for example https://https://yourcompany.com or http//yourcompany.com). Re-enter the address exactly as it appears in your browser’s address bar.

  • Your website is down. The link only works if your website is online.

I can’t find the Visit Us button in my email template. The button is part of the Social Media Footer block and is created from your Website (URL), so you can’t edit it inside the template. Change the link in Settings → My Company instead.

FAQ

  • Can I use a different link for different emails? No. Every email and logo uses the same Website (URL).

  • Why are my social media icons missing but the Visit Us button shows? Social media icons are hidden when their link is blank. The Visit Us button always shows, so make sure your Website (URL) is filled in.
