Q: Where do I upload my photos?
A: Upload photos in the Gallery section, accessible from the Property Website Editor.
Q: What size files are downloaded using the Web button?
A: You can set your default web resolution under:
📎 Admin Settings → Company → General
Spiro automatically resizes uploaded images to the dimensions set in your account settings.
Q: What is the video editing training?
A: That’s the Merge Fleet Training, available here:
📎 Merge Fleet Training Course
Q: Can an agent upload/delete the photos on the property website

Q: How do I add interactive floor plans?

Q: Can I white-label the property website?
A: No. Spiro does not currently support white-labeling of branded property websites.
Q: What is the distinction between branded and unbranded video?
A: Branded videos display the agent’s contact and brokerage details.
Unbranded versions omit that information and are required for most MLS uploads.
Q: What is the best way to deliver extra photos to an agent who has already paid?
A:
You can upload additional images to the gallery and click Deliver again.
If extra fees apply, you can Add a Custom Fee.
Q: Is there a workaround for the 20 MB maximum file size when uploading photos?
A: Spiro limits uploads to 20 MB per file to reduce storage and hosting costs.
Most high-quality photos fall between 7–10 MB each.
To reduce file size:
Ask your editor to export smaller files, or
Use tools like Adobe Bridge to batch-compress before upload.
Q: How can I give a client access to their property website before submitting media?
A: Deliver the empty listing to the client to grant access.
Once your media is ready, re-deliver the listing to update it with the final assets.
Q: How do I change default sections, themes, or settings?
A: All of the following can be managed here:
📎 Listing Settings
Includes:
Changing default sections
Setting default image counts
Selecting a theme
Enabling/disabling “Buyer Approve Commission”
Q: What does demoting a listing do?
A: Demoting a listing disables the download page and both the branded and unbranded websites.
Essentially, it removes the agent’s public access to that property website.
Q: How do I enable/disable the Buyer Approve Commission?
A: You can find that here: 📎 Listing Settings
Q: How do I add a logo or music to the property website?
A: Both options can be found under Website Settings in the Property Website Editor.
Q: What are page pop-ups?
A: Page pop-ups allow agents to collect lead information from visitors who view their property websites.
