By default, editors have access to the Dropbox folder and the Property Website Editor. You can turn individual sections of the Property Website Editor on or off for each editor as needed.

Access the Editors Page

  1. Sign in to the Admin Portal

  2. Go to Team

  3. Select Editors

Select an Editor

  1. Locate the editor whose access you want to modify

  2. Click the Manage icon next to their name

You’ll be taken to the editor’s profile page.

Manage the Editor you would like to modify Entitlements

Modify Editor Entitlements

  1. Scroll to the Editor Entitlements section

  2. Toggle access on or off for each available section

Available entitlements may include (but are not limited to):

  • Landing Section

  • Property Info Section

  • Gallery Section

  • Videos Section

  • Open House Section

  • 3D Section

  • Map Section

  • Files Section

  • Floor Plan Section

  • Contact Info Section

  • Website Settings Management

  • Page Popups Management

  • View Logs

  • Quick View links (Preview, Dropbox, Delivery)

Changes are saved automatically as you toggle access.

Example Use Case

If an editor only needs access to upload images:

  • Leave Gallery Section enabled

  • Turn all other sections off

This ensures the editor can only access the Gallery and nothing else.

You will find entitlement options for every section on the Property Website Editor

Where Editor Access Applies

Editor entitlements control access inside the Property Website Editor, including areas such as:

  • Landing content

  • Media sections

  • Page structure and settings

Editors will not be able to access sections that are turned off.

If you need to add or remove editors entirely, return to Team → Editors.
