How to host video in Dropbox
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Video Hosting Platform.
In Dropbox Video Settings, click Enable Video Hosting.
Make sure the button next to Dropbox Video Settings is selected.
Under 2 Weeks after delivering a listing, choose Move video or Copy Video.
Click Save Changes.
If Dropbox isn't connected yet, the card shows Manage Dropbox Integration instead of Enable Video Hosting. See Configuring Dropbox Integration.
How to host video in Vimeo
Before you start, sign in to your Vimeo account at vimeo.com in the same browser.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Video Hosting Platform.
In Vimeo Video Settings, click Add Account. Vimeo opens in the same tab.
Click Allow to let Spiro Video Manager access your Vimeo account. You're returned to Integrations.
Click Video Hosting Platform to open it again. The button next to Vimeo Video Settings is now selected.
Choose your Thumbnails Setting:
Do Nothing (default)
Auto Update to first picture: the thumbnail becomes the first photo in the gallery.
Leave Video Privacy Setting on Public so agents and buyers can watch the video on the property website.
Click Save Changes.
For the Vimeo account settings we recommend, see Suggested Vimeo Privacy Settings.
Notes
Videos import to whichever platform is selected, and only one can be selected at a time.
Connecting Vimeo makes it your default video platform, even if Dropbox was the default. To keep hosting in Dropbox, select the button next to Dropbox Video Settings again and click Save Changes.
If no video platform is set up, files in your Dropbox Video folder aren't imported.
If Dropbox is connected, videos you upload in the Property Website Editor are also copied to the Dropbox job folder, whichever platform you use.
If you see a Vimeo "Technical Difficulties" page after clicking Add Account, sign in at vimeo.com in another tab, then click Add Account again.
