How to Modify SMS Subscribers after an Order is Placed

You may need to add or remove SMS subscribers after an order has been placed. This can be done directly from the Order Overview Page in the Admin panel.

Modify SMS Subscribers

  1. Locate the order you want to update.

  2. On the Order Overview Page, find the Additional Info panel in the upper-right corner.

  3. Click the pencil icon next to the agent or subscriber section.

  4. The SMS Recipients window will open.

From here, you can:

  • Toggle the Main Agent as an SMS subscriber.

  • Add or remove Team Members (these users receive order-related emails and SMS messages).

  • Add or remove Homeowners from SMS notifications.

  1. Click Save to apply your changes.

Your updates will take effect immediately and apply to future SMS notifications for the order.
